On this three-day expedition, you'll be part of a small, intimate group of up to 10 fellow property enthusiasts.

Accompanied by our warm, professional property consultants, you'll explore some of the most promising investment projects in North Cyprus. Without any pressure, you'll have the chance to tour diverse regions, understand the landscape, and receive extensive property and legal advice. Our aim is to help you grasp a comprehensive understanding of the market and investment process, enabling a confident decision-making experience.

For a fee of just £500, you'll enjoy:

• A detailed three-day property tour.
• Four nights of free accommodation in a shared apartment.
• A continental breakfast or a welcome package to start your day.
• A thorough property consultation.
• Convenient transportation throughout the tour.
• Legal advice from experts.
• Complimentary transfers to and from the airport.

£85 (incl VAT) is the additional cost if your arrival and departure is via Ercan or Larnaca Airport.

For those who prefer private accommodations, we're happy to provide options at varying prices depending on the season and size of the apartment.

While we provide extensive services, the following costs would be covered by you:

• Travel expenses to and from Cyprus.
• Meals and beverages (please budget around 800–1500 TRY/person for the duration of your tour).
• Extra nights beyond the tour.

Other key details:

We suggest you book your flight to either Ercan Airport (ECN) or Larnaca Airport (LCA).
We recommend arriving at least a day before the tour commences to ensure you don't miss out on any part of the tour.
Please schedule your return flight for the evening on the final day of the tour (Confirm with us).
Once your booking is confirmed, kindly share a copy of your passport with your assigned agent.

What are the prerequisites for an AMAS Global Group Tour?

Welcome to AMAS Global Group's comprehensive guide for our Inspection Trips. We want your experience to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in following these guidelines. Your understanding and compliance are greatly appreciated.

Overview
• Our Inspection Trips can accommodate up to four (4) adults at a time.
• Families with children under 18 are welcome, but additional charges may apply per child/night, based on the accommodation.
• We remind parents/guardians that AMAS Global Group is not responsible for unsupervised children during the trip.
• As we tour different properties, some under construction, we recommend comfortable and appropriate attire and footwear for your safety.

Accommodation
• Enjoy four (4) nights of complimentary accommodation when:

You and your companions attend all scheduled presentations and property viewings.
This is your inaugural AMAS Global Group Inspection Trip or you're introducing a new guest/customer.
• Check-in and check-out times at your accommodation are from 12:00 noon onwards and before 12:00 noon respectively.
• To complete your check-in, please provide a copy of your passport prior to arrival.
• Upon arrival, akin to hotel procedures, a refundable deposit ranging from £300 to £500 per unit is required. You'll receive this back on your checkout day.
• Should you encounter any issues with your accommodation, your assigned property consultant will assist you.

Registration and Cancellation
• Please ensure that your inspection trip registration is completed five (5) days before the start of the trip.
• Incomplete registrations won't receive a confirmation email and won't be considered for the trip.

Etiquette
• We ask that you switch off or silence your mobile devices during property showings and presentations.
• Depending on the developer's hospitality, some meals may be provided. Otherwise, meals and drinks are your responsibility.
• Outside the itinerary, you'll bear the costs of personal transportation and other charges.
• Should you require assistance or information while in Northern Cyprus, your trip consultant is at your service.
