Due to the fact that most of our projects are off plan, we look for experienced and financially strong developers when choosing our portfolio. The building needs to be continued until the end by the builder, and a good management service must be provided.
Additionally, it is essential that developers have their paperwork in order and do not promise to build something they cannot deliver. Since developers are prone to overpromise and underdeliver, we only work with them when we know the opposite is true.

Our third consideration is the builder's quality. We place a great deal of value on being able to deliver products of high quality since most of our clients originate from sophisticated countries.
